A REN XUE Africa Introductory Workshop
Join us for a Yuan Qigong workshop that will introduce you to Ren Yuan, the Third Method in the Yuan Gong system. Ren Yuan is a ‘big’ moving practice, with the body and Qi spiraling and circling through eighteen different sections which can also be chosen in isolation, for specific health benefits. As an entire practice, it leaves one feeling profoundly energised, relaxed, and harmonious.
Yuan Tze, the founder of Ren Xue Yuan Qigong, designed Ren Yuan to strengthen the physical structures of the body, including the muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons, and fascia, even structures at the cellular level (including the genes). Its ability to stimulate the movement of primordial Qi of the Universe, Yuan Qi, so deeply in the body is on account of the internal state it rests on.
The external movements are not led by the mind. Instead, we cultivate an internal state of unification, which enables our True Self, Consciousness, Qi, and Body to all participate – and as one becomes more masterful, the experience of Qi moving the body strengthens. This internal practice is an ancient, almost forgotten practice, which is at the heart of Ren Yuan.

Cost: R900 per person. (Early Bird Registration R750 – until 17th July).
Cost includes your method manual, light healthy lunch, refreshments, and a complimentary MP4 video (valued at R150) for ongoing guidance and support in your Ren Yuan practice.

I have been drawn to qigong for a long time and had been looking for qigong classes without success for quite a while. As I googled it once more hopefully I was very excited to happen upon an upcoming qigong workshop in Craighall Park. I immediately made plans to enroll myself and looked forward to the day with much anticipation.
The workshop was everything I hoped for and much more. It introduced me to the ‘real thing’, the authentic qigong I was searching for. The workshop was a springboard to ongoing classes for me that adds so much value to my life. Please Read Through Our Cancellation Policy
“CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
It is our intention to accommodate the reality that things can change unexpectedly. However, there are costs associated with booking a venue and catering, plus administrative costs, which put us at risk should you cancel. Our policy, therefore, attempts to be fair to all involved:
If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please do so early. Late cancellations may make it difficult for someone else to have the opportunity to attend. Once you have paid any portion of the workshop fee, administrative and cancellation fees will apply, depending on the cancellation date.
If you cancel your booking:
- 30 days before the workshop date, we will refund all fees paid minus an applicable administrative charge of R70.
- Less than 30 – 8days before the workshop, we will refund all fees paid minus R400 per person cancellation fee.
- Less than 7 days before the workshop – no refund possible because catering would have been ordered, venue fee paid, and materials printed. The exception is for a qualified medical emergency.
Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving a written cancellation notice.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
Anyone leaving the workshop early for anything other than a qualified emergency (medical emergency or a death in the family) will not receive any refund.
If someone leaves early due to a qualified emergency (medical emergency or a death in the family), we will refund 60% of the workshop fee.
REN XUE Africa reserves the right at any time to require that a participant leave the workshop if a participant’s behavior is considered to be either excessively disruptive or dangerous to self or others. In this case, all workshop fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation by REN XUE Africa:
If REN XUE Africa is required to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible and will refund the full fee amount paid.
