Finding Ren Xue Yuan Gong has been an incredible journey of synchronicity. After so much searching, in so many areas, for a practice through which I would find a sense of deep calm and being relaxed, this is my “heaven on earth” and continues to unfold on a daily basis.

I was introduced to Zhineng Qi Gong in 2019 and subsequently was told about Ren Xue and Louise Pannell.  I started practicing “at home Ren Xue” until I could be in the presence of a real committed teacher, who embodied the practices and the teachings of Yuan Tze.

I decided to take my practice deeper at the beginning of 2022 and enrolled in the REN XUE International’s Guided e-Learning with Simon Sangmeister and Vanessa Lukes.

I am now qualified to teach Level 1 methods Tian Yuan and Di Yuan.
