What’s the Deep Dive Day About?
Undoubtedly Qigong is most profound when the mind is relatively still and our Awareness can quietly become unified with the body and the breath, experiencing the beauty and fluidity of the natural state of Life. However, it is equally true that understanding the deeper meaning of our Qigong practice and finding an authentic and compelling purposefulness in each practice, can lead to more profound states, quicker.
It is our intention to facilitate a day of peaceful inner reflection for you, with a beautiful ‘workbook’ you can take away at the end of the day as your Qigong ‘journal’ filled with answers to a few questions. These questions will be based on core REN XUE Yuan Qigong principles guiding you to experience Qigong in a more profound way.Â
We’ll intersperse the day with Yuan Qigong practices that are easy to follow with the REN XUE Africa teacher-team present, to support anyone needing additional guidance. Join us at The Path to Health Centre, known for its powerful Qifield, and treat yourself to a day of stillness and insight.

Cost: R750 per person, (two half-price bursaries are on offer to anyone who would like to attend but is unable to on account of financial circumstances.)
NB: Please bring your own light, picnic lunch. We’ll provide Tea and snacks and your day’s workbook.

Who is this for?
People who have been practising REN XUE Yuan Qigong, as well as those who are new to the system, are equally welcome.
What will I learn?
By the end of the day you will have a deeper understanding and meaning in relation to your Yuan Qigong practice and the deeper, ongoing, benefits it offers.
Local classes, both in-person and online, will be available for continued support and practice.

“CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
It is our intention to accommodate the reality that things can change unexpectedly. However, there are costs associated with booking a venue and catering, plus administrative costs, which put us at risk should you cancel. Our policy, therefore, attempts to be fair to all involved:
If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please do so early. Late cancellations may make it difficult for someone else to have the opportunity to attend. Once you have paid any portion of the workshop fee, administrative and cancellation fees will apply, depending on the cancellation date.
If you cancel your booking:
- Before 28th Oct 2023 at midnight, we will refund all fees paid minus an applicable administrative charge of R70.Â
- On 28th Oct 2023 or later, we will refund all fees paid minus R400 per person cancellation fee.
Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving a written cancellation notice.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
Anyone leaving the workshop early for anything other than a qualified emergency (medical emergency or a death in the family) will not receive any refund.
If someone leaves early due to a qualified emergency (medical emergency or a death in the family), we will refund 60% of the workshop fee minus R60 administrative charges.Â
REN XUE Africa reserves the right at any time to require that a participant leave the workshop if a participant’s behavior is considered to be either excessively disruptive or dangerous to self or others. In this case, all retreat fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation by REN XUEÂ Africa:
If REN XUE Africa is required to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible and will refund the full fee amount paid.
