The practice of yuan gong has a lovely structure and very simple to follow. Once I learned the movements, the flow is easy. I look forward to doing my practice and am already feeling lighter. My heart is filled with gratitude.

I have been drawn to qigong for a long time and had been looking for qigong classes without success for quite a while. As I googled it once more hopefully I was very excited to happen upon an upcoming qigong workshop in Craighall Park. I immediately made plans to enroll myself and looked forward to the day with much anticipation.
The workshop was everything I hoped for and much more. It introduced me to the ‘real thing’, the authentic qigong I was searching for. The workshop was a springboard to ongoing classes for me that adds so much value to my life. I have tremendous respect and appreciation for the knowledge, wisdom and support that Louise imparts with the workshops and classes.

What will I learn?
By the end of the workshop you will be able to practice the first method, Tian Yuan, on your own, following cued MP3 recordings or joining established classes.
